Placing an order does not ensure acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to:

• Products must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (or your chosen period).

• Certain items (sale items, hygiene-sensitive items, customized pieces) may be non-returnable.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment mode within 3–7 working days after quality check.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, return/exchange may be available as per policy.
